A Berkeley Compendium of Suggestions for Teaching with Excellence. Davis, BG, Wood, L & Wilson, RC. Provides 100s of suggestions for teaching excellence categorized into 25 sections. Example sections include Discussing Points of View Other Than Your Own; Emphasizing Conceptual Understanding; Encouraging Class Discussion; Knowing If the Class Is Understanding You; Having an Interesting Presentation Style; Motivating Students' Best Work; Giving Interesting Assignments; and Giving Exams that Demonstrate Student Understanding.
