statute (Copyright Act of 1976), and the recent Digital Millennium
Copyright and TEACH Acts. Outlines simplified fair use guidelines
and provides suggestions on how to determine the copyright status
of a work and obtain proper copyright permissions.

societies that support professionals, educators, trainers and institutions
involved in the use of educational and information technologies
and their application in teaching and learning.
